Kev Roberts started his career in Entertainment in 1973 and has stayed in the industry ever since!

Born in Wirksworth, Derbyshire, he was one of the original All Nighter DJ's at Wigan Casino(Sept 1973), while embarking on a career in the clubs before plying his trade as a record producer(Linda Lewis, Edwin Starr, Mai-Tai, Jnr Walker and the All Stars, Bizarre Inc) among many others.

Following two spells in New York, Kev joined several Radio Stations including Sunset 102(Galaxy), Magic, Signal, Saga, Smooth Radio plus TV appearances on BBC Radio 2 and BBC 1, ITV 1, Channel 4, 5 and Sky.

Sony Award nominee.

His interviews include a wide range from Cliff Richard to The Temptations.

Author of the book The Northern Soul Top 500.

Today you'll find him as the events organiser of the UK's leading Soul events at Blackpool Tower, Kings Hall Stoke and Whitby Pavilion to name a few, and can be heard on Sky, Smooth Radio, Signal and Radio Trent.
